Life Caries

If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come; the old has gone, the new is here! (2corinthians 5:17)

Sometimes, our life turns out to become a ‘bad tooth’ which is full of decay, dirt and other unclean things. The basic reason for this decay is too much of sugary sweetie sweetie stuff of the world in our lives and the activity of so many bacteria (the army of Satan) and finally we giving ourselves to this activity of bacteria (Satan). Thus, after sometime our lives turn out to become decayed. It just starts as a small plaque then later, it becomes decayed and finally there is a big cavity in our tooth (life). Thereby, on one side there is great pain and on the other side there is more and more destruction of our life. The Bacteria (Satan) started from the superficial surface of our tooth (life) then later on have gone deeply and is ready to destroy the vital structure of our tooth (life), which is the pulp (soul). Coz he knows that when the pulp (soul) is destroyed, there is final death.

                                   

Then, we cry out of pain and run to our dentist (Jesus). He first cleanses our whole body with a strong disinfectant (His blood). Then He uses His hand piece (His word) which breaks through all the hard structures and drills it well thereby removes all the unwanted structures which could cause further damage. Thus He creates a beautiful clean new cavity. Now it is our choice whether to fill it again with that dirt which can accumulate more than before, or fill it with a good ‘Jeuscompatable’ material like the Holy Spirit. He fills the whole cavity and now the tooth (our life) becomes as new as before.

Our great dentist (Jesus Christ) has restored or bad tooth (life) into a new one with better spiritual properties than before. Sometimes, our God can also do a root canal treatment by removing all the dead stuff in our lives and replacing it with a nice vital living structure in it. Isn’t it amazing to have a great dentist who helps us in or times of pain always with us!

Blessed Blood Donor

In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace. (Ephesians 1:7)

I was once poisoned by the most poisonous snake (Satan)

The venom entered my blood little by little…

At first, when it attacked me I thought it was not going to affect me.

But it poisoned me and my whole body was infected

And I was on my way to death…

Then, came my Great Physician,

He is the best doctor in heaven and earth

He came running to my rescue

By giving all his blood even to the final drop;              

He gave me a total blood transfusion

Thereby my body was filled with a living blood

Now I live because of the blood which was given by my Blessed donor

The blood which runs in my body is J+ve

It is a very precious blood group which He shed for you and me to be saved.

            

J+ve is a precious, loving and living blood!

He is a heavenly donor!

Satan’s deception

1 John 5:19

‘’We know that we are of God, and the whole world lives under the sway of the wicked one’’

The world we live belongs to the wicked one who tries to deceive the children of God. as children of God, we sometimes forget where we are from and that we were bought with a price (blood of Christ) and thereby give into Satan’s deception. Satan deceives us through people around us and not through any other means. He speaks to us through our friends and sometime through our family members, so we should be able to discern things with God’s help. He can come through any form. But we should always remember that,

‘’The thief does not come except to STEAL, and to KILL, and to DESTROY.’’(John 10:10)

                                       

If we give in to Satan’s deception then he will first of all steal our JOY (with family, friends and with God) because we are in sin. Then sin finally leads to death (eternal). Satan kills us little by little and finally destroys our lives.

So we must always remember that if we follow this world, it is a straight highway to death and everlasting fire. It may seem to be nice, beautiful on the outside but always the things of the world lead to sin and death! Once there was a man who watched another man everyday behind whom a group of pigs followed. When he asked the reason behind as why those pigs followed him every day, he said that he was the person who sells pork so, he was dropping small pieces of sweet potatoes and thus those pigs followed that sweet potato path not knowing that it finally leads to death. This is the state of many in the world now. They think that the things of the world, pleasures lusts, etc. seems to be very sweet, shining, dazzling glamorous and enjoyable but they do not know that it would finally leads to death. The ‘sweet’ things of the world just blind their eyes so they can’t look beyond. But if we become more and stronger and rooted in the word of God, then we will be able to differentiate between the Shepherd’s voice and the wolf’s voice. He is our good shepherd, he will not allow the wolves to come and snatch us away. But we should do this on purpose! There was once an island in which they would play very pleasant and sweet music and therefore the ships which come through that way will get mesmerized by the pleasant music. The people in the island use that as an opportunity to welcome the people in the ship to give them wine and get them totally drunk. Then they would kill those people when they are unconscious and they would steal their goods which they have in their ship. There was a captain who was very intelligent, who poured wax into the ears of all the people in his ship and tied his hands to a rod before they reached that island. Therefore they escaped the great attack of the enemy, even though the enemy was ready to attack them by singing their pleasant songs.

This world and the things of this world may be attractive, easy, give you momentary happiness but always remember its final destination! In order to escape from the traps of this world we must always pray as Jesus says in Mathew 26:41, ‘’Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.’’ So we should always pray ahead of our temptation so that God will give His Spirit by which we get the power and strength to overcome the temptation. A Virtuous woman

She does not have rubies,

But her worth is above rubies

She does not have the strength,

But she girds herself with strength;

She strengthens her arms and extends

It to the poor and the needy.

She is honored by everybody

So, strength and honor are her clothing

Gentleness and kindness are her precious ornaments.

She opens her mouth with wisdom,

Nothing crooked or perverse is in them.

She does not eat the bread of idleness

But willingly works with her hands

And gets the fruit of it.

She is called blessed by everyone;

She is praised by everyone

Because she fears the Lord!

Renew your Spiritual Vitality

Hebrews 12:12-13

‘’Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down and the feeble knees,

And make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed’’

Sometimes we become spiritually tired and spiritually ‘sick’. It is a very risky thing for the spirit to lose its strength or in other words ‘to quench the spirit’. The spirit of the living God should always be vital and burning within us. For this, our hands should always be lifted towards Him and always praising Him in everything we do. God always wants us to be strengthened by His spirit. Thus firstly when His spirit dwells in us, we become strong and all the hand as which look down, will change its direction and look up to praise Him. Secondly the feeble knees that is, the loose and easily breakable or fragile things in our lives will be changed into better and stronger things. Thirdly He will go before us and make our paths straight like the psalmist says in psalm 17:5, ‘’Uphold my steps in your paths that my footsteps may not slip’’. He says that he wants God’s path to be in his life (since the path of God is always straight). If we ask God’s path and ways to be done in our lives we won’t slip and fall down. Fourthly, sometimes  our lives become lame or dead, it is because we do not look forward to be healed or in other words, we do not look forward become spiritually healed. But God’s plan and will is to give life to the dead things in our lives and not get cut off or dislocated. Thus God wants to give for us life in abundance! God bless! Amen!

My Redeemer Lives!

Ephesians 1:7

‘’In Him we have redemption through His blood’’

‘’I know He rescued my soul

His blood has covered my sins

I believe, I believe….

My redeemer lives, my redeemer lives…’’

Yes, my redeemer lives! I was a person who was in bondage with many things of this world which became an idol in my life. One of the most important idols in my life was my mobile. I was caught up by the trap which Satan kept for me. I was living a life which was unfruitful and was typically living in the darkness, doing the works of the darkness which finally led me into frustration, strife and all the fruits of the Holy Spirit were missing in my life. All the things of the world pulled me from all sides and tied me up. But my redeemer who knew me and who predestined me before I was born, before I was in my mother’s womb, before the foundation of the earth, came and saved me from all my bondages and changed my life. He has shown His love towards me so much that He gave His only Son, JESUS (all that He had) so that I would not perish and that I might have eternal life. And even today I stand by His amazing grace. He has redeemed my soul from the captivity of the enemy, and has broken all the bondages. By the blood of Jesus I have been saved and I am a new creation in Him, old things have passed away and have renewed the Holy Spirit within me. Now by the word of God, which is a double edged sword, I’ve got the power and authority to fight against the attacks of the evil one. It is purely by the richness of His grace, mercy and the love which He showed towards me I’ve been saved and I am free of all my bondages! Halleluiah! Praise God! Amen!

Sheep in the midst of Wolves

Mathew 10:16

''Behold I send you as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.''

We are living in the world in which there are so many groups of people who are wolves, that is, they try to deceive us. As we know that normally wolves are very cunning (by nature) we need to be extra careful and be able to discern things. For this, we need to have Godly wisdom and not the wisdom of the world which will make us think that these wolves are also sheep, but WATCH OUT! Coz these are in sheep's clothing and have come to destroy us. Satan uses these wolves in this world to distract God's people from doing God's will. Therefore God asks us to be wise and watchful like serpents. Serpents are always watchful and are ready to attack anybody (i.e.) they are always ready with their sharp teeth.

   In our case, the sharp double edged sword(word of God) is our weapon against the enemy. So we can always be ready for any attack which comes against us with our sword. But at the same time Jesus asks us to be harmless as doves also, so we got to be polite and patient with everyone. We can be wise and get out of the situation instead of staying there and harming others and yourself. Even if we are attacked by several hundred wolves God will take care of it and we don’t need to think about what to say to them, what to do in that situation; the Holy spirit will put His word in our mouth and He will guide us, coz it is not who we are but it is the spirit of the one and only Holy God!. Deliverance Out of Egypt!

Exodus 6:5-7

''And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel whom Egyptians keep in bondage, and I have remembered My covenant.''

''Wherefore say unto the children Israel, 'I AM the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm and with great judgments'. ''

''And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God; and ye shall know that I AM the Lord your God which bringeth you out from the burdens of the Egyptians.''

   We are the children of Israel and we are created for the Created for the creator. We belong to Him. He is the one and only Almighty God. He expects us to be totally His children. But sometimes we are caught up in the bondages and the burdens of the world (Egyptians). Knowingly or unknowingly we are in bondage and become slaves to them. Even if we want to serve God in one area of our heart, the people around us say, ''you are so jobless to worship or serve God?? Come on man!, we have so many other works to do!!. We are not idle!''; It is similar to how the pharaoh said to the people of Israel in Exodus 5:17, so he gave them more work and they were into more burden. Similarly now we live in a busy world and do not have time for God. People are in bondage in many things like the mobile, internet, television, cinema, games, etc. This adds more burdens to their lives. They become slaves to it. But the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob thus says that we are His people and we no longer need to stay as slaves to the world(Egyptians).So He will bring us out of the burdens, rid us out from the bondages and redeem us with an outstretched arm. And He doesn’t stop with that, but He doesn’t stop with that, but He will keep us safely as His people (or children) and He will be our God- God Almighty; so that we will know Him more and know that He is the only redeemer and deliverer who deliver us from our bandages.

   

  After delivering us, He will bless us and take us to a beautiful place where there flows milk and honey. And one more thing, God always gives ''The Best'' for His people whom He loves. For example, in the life of Joseph, he was a prisoner in a foreign land, sold as a slave and his situation was very bad, everything around him seemed to be worse. But God was with him and all that he did prospered. He lifted him up in the right time. He was in a place after the pharaoh, and he took him in his chariot and Joseph was lifted up in the sight of all the Egyptians. Our God lifts up His people in the right time so that all will see and know that He is ''Jehovah'' the only living God! God bless! Amen!

You are Precious!

Isaiah 43:4

''Since you were precious in My sight, you have been honoured, and I have loved you; therefore I will give men for you, and people for your life.''

We are precious in the sight of the God Almighty!.We may think that we are useless, nothing in the sight of other people, but it is a wonderful and an exciting thing to know that we are so precious in the sight of the Great God Almighty.  We are precious in His sight so He has separated us from the world in order to be His precious children.And if we totally surrender ourselves in His hands, He will make us into a beautiful crown on the King's head.

In Jeremiah 15:19 the Lord says that He takes out the ''precious'' from the vile. Usually, when they take gold out of the mines, they go deep under the earth and take it out of the dirt and mud. Then they show it in the furnace,so by this all the impurities and dirt are separated from it.The goldsmith shows it in the furnace until his face is reflected on it. Thus in the same manner, our God takes us(who are useless) and He shows us in the fire by which He separates us from the world, lusts, impurities, flesh and from satan.Thus He shows us in the fire until the face of Christ is reflected on us and cleanses us and forms us into a beautiful crown on His head!
   As christians, there are so many precious things in our lives, namely:
-Our soul is precious
-Blood of Christ is precious
-Christ Himself is so precious
-His promises are precious
-Our faith is precious
First of all our soul is precious and the Redeemer of our soul is precious,His blood is precious,His promises are precious,finally our faith is precious. So christian life is so precious therefore gaurd it safely! Put on the armour of God so that satan cannot dare to steal away our precious life! God bless! Amen!
